PURPOSE: A lotus lantern and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to improve the workability and to cut the unit cost of the lotus lantern. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of lotus lantern includes: a launch member(200) which instantaneously fires the fixing clip to pass through the wrapper from the outside of the lotus lantern and is equipped with a frame body of a predetermined shape and a lotus lantern which consists of a transparent wrapper(114) covering the frame body; and a supporting member consisting of a settlement groove(212) which is formed so that the launch member can be settled and a supporting board(210) including a guide groove.
