PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fruit extract is provided to enable a user to drink nutrients, which are contained on the skin of fruits by pulverizing the skin and flesh of the fruits and to be used as an additive for various foods.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fruit extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing fruits including pomegranate, quince, and citron; obtaining juice by putting the pulverized fruits into a high compressive juice extractor; mixing the juice with sugar in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-1; obtaining the extract by putting the mixture into a ripening container and ripening the mixture at a room temperature for 20-30 hours; and sterilizing the extract using heat of 90-100°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
