PURPOSE: A lens barrel and an optical device including the same are provided to enable a lens barrel to be simply installed to a movable barrel and to prevent the lens barrel from becoming damaged when being assembled.;CONSTITUTION: An optical device including a lens barrel comprises a first barrel(10) and a second barrel(20). The first barrel comprises a first cylinder(12) and a first flange(11). The first cylinder includes a lens and is formed in a cylindrical shape. The first flange is formed along the outer circumference of the first cylinder. The second barrel comprises a second cylinder(21), a second flange(22) and a support(24). The second cylinder is aligned with the first cylinder and has a cylindrical shape. The second flange is installed along the inner circumference of the second cylinder.
