PURPOSE: A method for fermenting natural plants or herbal medicines and fermented materials which are manufactured using the same are provided to effectively reduce fermentation smell and contamination of various germs and to prevent active components from being broken.;CONSTITUTION: A method for fermenting natural plants or herbal medicines comprises the following steps: washing the natural plants or the herbal medicines using washing water containing charcoal and sa adding water to the natural plants or the herbal medicines; adding the charcoal, in which lactobacillus and yeast are adsorbed, to the natural plants or the herbal medicines and fermenting the mixture; collecting a fermented liquid from the fermented materials; and gaining the collected fermented liquid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
