A method for manufacturing fermentation products is provided to offer excellent anti-aging, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, the immunity improvement effect and to improve lactobacillus fermentation efficiency without adding separate carbon source by fermenting natural vegetable materials or material of herbal medicines. A method for fermentation of natural vegetable materials or material of herbal medicines comprises the following steps of: grinding the natural vegetable material and the material of herbal medicines; adding 1-10 parts by weight of yeast on the basis of weight part of a grinding material; glycosylating the material with the yeast at 20-40°C for 18-30 hours; and fermenting lactic acid bacteria; acquiring supernate from a result material.
