PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a prostaglandin derivative is provided to effectively and economically manufacture the prostaglandin derivative with the high purity without beta-OH.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a prostaglandin derivative marked with chemical formula 1 comprises the following steps: obtaining a prostaglandin E derivative marked with chemical formula 6, by removing a hydroxy protecting group from a protected prostaglandin E derivative marked with chemical formula 5; and reducing a ketone group existing in a cyclopentanone ring of the prostaglandin E derivative.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
