PURPOSE: A marine life maintenance system using yellow soil is provided, which creates yellow a soil lipid layer of the same condition as the environment of the marine.;CONSTITUTION: A marine life maintenance system using yellow soil comprises: a seawater feed port(210) supplying the seawater to the yellow soil; a nozzle unit(220) in which a nozzle is formed in one side of the frame in order to circulate seawater provided from the seawater feed port; and a combined drive part(230) which periodically mixes the lipid layer of the yellow soil.
