PURPOSE: A tire blowout repair device is provided to enable a woman or an old and feeble person to easily repair a tire by discharging an encapsulating body inserted into a guide tube to the outside.;CONSTITUTION: A tire blowout repair device includes an insert hole(10), a fixed handle(20), a guide tube(40), a pressing hole(50), and a flow handle(60). The insert hole is inserted into the flattened hole of a tire. In one side of the insert hole, an inlet hole is formed. The fixed handle is integrally combined with the upper end of the insert hole. In the guide tube, one side is inserted into the inlet hole. The pressing hole is inserted into the upper side of the guide tube and pushes the encapsulating body.
