PURPOSE: A concentrating and drying method using a water ejector is provided to continually recycle water, since steam is used to heat water after the water in a water ejector is used for concentration or drying.;CONSTITUTION: A concentrating and drying method using a water ejector comprises following steps. Water circulates in the bottom surface or one surface of a concentrator or a drier which is enclosed during concentration or drying. When the temperature of the water in the water ejector increases, the steam generated by the concentrator or the drier flows into the gas suction area of the water ejector. The steam flows into the ejector, mixes with the water, and is discharged to the outside. The discharged water circulates in the enclosed area of the concentrator or the drier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
