DRYING OVEN FOR ENAMEL COATING OF COPPER WIRE USING STEPWISE DRYING MANNER FOR MINIMIZING ENERGY CONSUMPTION

PURPOSE: Provided is a drying oven for enamel coating of copper wires, which minimizes energy consumption by an improved structure reutilizing the heat obtained by the incineration of a catalyst as an additional heating source, and thus improves the drying efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The drying oven for enamel coating comprises: a coating section(1) for coating copper wires with enamel solution; a drying section(2) for drying the coated copper wires; a suction section(3) including a blower(31) for sucking mixed gas of volatile organic compounds generated during a drying step in the drying section(2) and a catalytic body(32) for activating the combustion of the sucked gas; a heating section(4) including a ventilation unit(42) for discharging the sucked combustion gas to the exterior, an output section for introducing the combustion gas into the drying section(2) and an electric heater(41) for heating the combustion gas; and an input section(5) for introducing the gas heated by the heater to the drying section(2).
