PURPOSE: A heat insulating light-extinction type smoke meter is provided to improve the response speed by shortening the preheating time of a smoke meter.;CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating light-extinction type smoke meter is composed of a heat insulating case(100) and a smoke measurement unit(20). The heat insulating case comprises an outside air inlet(110) and a heater(130). The outside air inhaled through the outside air inlet is heated and insulated through the heater. The heat insulating case prevents the outside sunlight form being flowed into the smoke measurement unit.
