PURPOSE: Seasoning using vegetables and cereals and a manufacturing method of the seasoning using the same are provided to make soft and savory tastes while offering a large quantity of essential amino acid with asparagus, peanut protein, and rice flour etc. CONSTITUTION: Seasoning includes 10 ~ 30 parts by weight of refined salt, 10 ~ 30 parts by weight of white sugar, 8 ~ 15 parts by weight of asparagus, 8 ~ 15 parts by weight of yeast extract powder, 3 ~ 10 parts by weight of peanut protein, 1 ~ 7 parts by weight of starch, and 10 ~ 20 parts by weight of rice flour.
