PURPOSE: A novel DJ-1 knockout mutant cell line which is able to detect Parkinson's disease marker is provided to obtain gene of which expression is increased or decreased by mutation of DJ-1 gene and use the gene marker as a target gene for treating and relieving neurodegenerative diseases.;CONSTITUTION: A DJ-1 gene knockout dopaminergic cell line KCTC 11472BP is used in detecting Parkinson's disease-specific expression gene. A kit for diagnosing Parkinson's disease contains the Parkinson's disease specific gene which is detected by the cell line KCTC 11472BP. The Parkinson's disease specific expression gene is Pax8, glutaredoxin(Glrx), acyl-Coenzyme A dehydrogenase(Acadsb) or Nedd9 gene(developmentally down-regulated gene 9). A method for screening inhibitor for Parkinson's disease comprises: a step of binding test compound to a protein which is encoded by the Parkinson's disease-specific expression gene; and a step of confirming promotion or suppression of protein activity by the test compound.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
