A men's sanitary belt is provided, which has the excellent feeling of wearing, absorbs the sweat on groin, and separates the testis and penis from groin. A men's sanitary belt comprises: screens(10,10a,10b) including the first hole portion(12) and the second hole portion(14) which makes penis and testis exposed outside by separating them; and an absorption pad(20) which is extended from the screens, comes in contact with the groin, and absorbs sweat. The first hole portion is the overlapping hole that a part overlaps and forms two screens. The second hole portion is the cutout hole prepared in one among two screens at an interval from the overlapping hole. The absorption pad is bent in a curve.
