PURPOSE: An additive for exposing particles is provided to effectively expose particles introduced into intact cells from endocytic vesicles to cytoplasm in cells that are maintained so that physiological, biochemical and biological environment is not damaged.;CONSTITUTION: An additive for exposing particles is provided to effectively expose particles introduced into intact cells from endocytic vesicles to cytoplasm comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of nordihydroguaiaretic acid, N-ethylmaleimide, NH4Cl, formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde, methanol and ethanol. A method for exposing particle introduced within cells from endocytic vesicles to cytoplasm comprises the steps of: introducing particles into live cell; and exposing the particles by contacting the cytoplasm exposure additive with the cells in a state that physiological, biochemical and biological environment is maintained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
