CONSTITUTION: A primer for isothermal amplification to detect tubercle bacillus contains primer set of the sequence numbers 1 or 4. A kit for detecting tubercle bacillus contains the primer set of the sequence number 1-4, and reagent for performing amplification. The reagent for performing amplification contains DNA polymerase, dNTPs or buffer.
