A fabrication method of titanium oxide or titanium oxide-silicon oxide aero gel thin film/thick film for supporting an electrode of a transparent solar cell is provided to increase the amount of the photoreception dye which is absorbed by manufacturing TiO thin film/thick film. The polymer TiO2 or the TiO2-SiO2 sol or the colloidal TiO2 sol or the TiO2-SiO2 sol is manufactured by reacting the alkyl silicate or the titanium alkoxide with the alcohol or the distilled water. The viscosity for the coating is controlled according to the method of coating by aging the TiO2 sol or the TiO2-SiO2 sol. The TiO2 or the TiO2-SiO wet gel film is manufactured by coating the viscosity-controlled TiO2 or TiO2-SiO2 sol. The TiO2 or TiO2-SiO2 wet gel film is aged in the alcohol solution.
