PURPOSE: A ceiling form apparatus and a ceiling construction method using the same are provided to facilitate the installation and deconstruction of a ceiling form and thus to improve work efficiency and reduce construction period. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling form apparatus(100) comprises beam foam(110), a table foam(120), a sleeve member(130), a winch, and a movement guide unit. The beam form is placed on a support to form a ceiling beam and supported with a supporting post. The table form is placed on the support to form a ceiling slab and supported with a supporting post. The sleeve member is fastened to a fixing member and supports the table form when placing concrete. The winch is used to separate the beam and table forms from the ceiling slab. The movement guide unit is installed on the corner of the ceiling slab to guide the descent of the beam form.
