A swing hinge apparatus of a swing terminal is provided to form a control groove in a stopper, thereby preventing an upper main body of the swing terminal from easily being opened. A stopper unit(130) is rotated at predetermined angle according to a rotating unit. The stopper unit keeps a rotated state. A limiting protrusion(151) is formed in a rotating angle control unit(150) to limit a rotation range of the stopper unit. When an upper main body is rotated, the stopper unit is hooked in the limiting protrusion of the rotating angle control unit.
