PURPOSE: An intra-pair skew compensation method for high-speed serial communication and an intra-pair skew compensation circuit using the same are provided to quickly an intra-pair skew without a separate circuit for distinguishing a skew direction. CONSTITUTION: The first delay cell(411) assigns the first delay to the first signal. The second delay cell(412) assigns the second delay to the second signal. An XOR operation gate(420) performs XOR operation of the first signal outputted from the first delay cell and the second signal outputted from the second delay cell. An integrator(430) outputs a voltage by integrating output of the XOR operation gate.
