PURPOSE: A Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KD-7 strain having ability of fermenting red ginseng is provided to ensure high absorption rate into human body and to manufacture massive fermentated red ginseng.;CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KD-7(microorganism deposit number KCTC 1153bp) is isolated from red ginseng. A fermented red ginseng is obtained by inoculating the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens into the red ginseng and culturing for 5 days.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
