PURPOSE: A supporter having a drop-head function with improved deconstruction performance and a slab construction method using the same are provided to prevent damage and noises during deconstruction of slab form and beams after completion of slab construction. CONSTITUTION: A supporter having a drop-head function with improved deconstruction performance comprises a drop beam(10), a support(20), middle beams(30), a slab form, and a lowering and fixing unit. The drop beam is arranged on the support to be supported by the support. The middle beams are arranged in front or rear of the drop beam. The slab form is arranged on the drop beam and the middle beam to apply concrete on top. The lowering and fixing unit support a connecting member(40), and fixes the drop beam, the middle beam and the slab form lowered a certain distance after completion of concrete curing.
