PURPOSE: A spot-riveting device for jointing material two types of materials is provided to increase line composition freedom degree and to improve process efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A spot-riveting device for jointing material two types of materials comprises a frame(10), an upper gun(14a), a lower gun(14b), upper and lower part rivet-steel plate supply tubes(16), a rivet-steel plate receiving member, an access servo motor, pressing servo motors(48a,48b) and upper and lower part welding electrode/shanks(52a,52b). The frame has a slide groove(12) on top. The upper gun is combined with the slide groove. The lower gun is combined with the lower part of the frame. The upper and lower part rivet-steel plate supply tubes are connected to the upper gun and lower gun. The rivet-steel plate receiving member is connected to top of the lower gun and to bottom of the upper gun. The access servo motor and the pressing servo motor are mounted on top and bottom of the frame.
