PURPOSE: A method for producing Rubus coreanus Miquel sparkling wine of low alcohol is provided to easily remove colorant spot by side effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Rubus coreanus Miquel sparkling wine of low alcohol comprises: a step of pulverizing Rubus coreanus Miquel; a step of adding pectinase, dry yeast, and phosphoric acid ammonium and centrifuging fermented liquid; a step of adding fruit juice concentrate and purified water or mineral water; a step of adding sugar then maturing; a step of sulfite and sorbic acid, dissolving, and sterilizing; and a step of adding carbon dioxide.
