The food product according to claim 1, in which the stabilized buffer protein component includes one or more milk protein. ! 7. The food product according to claim 1, in which the stabilized buffer protein component includes one or more soy protein and one or more milk protein. ! 8. The food product according to claim 1, in which the stabilized protein component of the protein is at least about 0.1% by weight of the product. ! 9. The food product according to claim 1, in which the stabilized buffer protein component is from about 0.1% to about 5% by weight of the product. ! 10. The food product according to claim 1, in which the total acid content is from about 0.7 to about 2.6% by weight of the product. ! 11.
