1. A method for expedited preparation of a strong (small cup) coffee extract from a sealed capsule containing ground coffee by injection of pressurized water into the capsule, in which the capsule is filled with ground coffee and has a membrane for the product to flow out; in which the capsule is subjected to extraction in a coffee extraction device (extractor) and water under pressure is injected into the capsule; in which the coffee beverage flows through the membrane of the capsule with a means of adhesion connecting and / or disconnecting the capsule with the membrane; in which the pressure drop in the coffee layer is reduced by filling the capsule with ground coffee with a percentage of dust (F), adjustable depending on the average particle size (D4,3) in the following limits:! F is less than 16% if the measured D4.3 is between 300 and 380 microns,! F is less than 18% if the measured D4.3 is between 250 and 299 μm,! F is less than 21% if the measured D4.3 is 200 to 249 microns,! F is less than 28% if the measured D4.3 is between 150 and 199 microns,! in which the extraction yield is maintained within the range of 15 to 30% and in which the coffee extract of 25 or 40 g is delivered in a flow time of 20 s or less. ! 2.
