FIELD: veterinary science.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biotechnology. The method involves oral introduction of a bacteriophage biological product. There is used a preparation produced by mixing in equal volumes in cultural medium of strains of bacteriophages Phagum Salmonella typhimurium No 5 "ТЗ-ДЕП" of concentration 3.6×10⁸ PFU/cm, Phagum Salmonella typhimurium No 8 "МЕ - ДЕП" of concentration 1.0×10⁷ PFU/cm, Phagum Salmonella typhimurium No 9 "МЕ - ДЕП" - 1.4×10⁸ PFU/cm preserved in 1% quinosol in final concentration in phague lysate 0.01%. The preparation is introduced individually or in groups with drinking non-chlorinated water dissolved 1:10-1:20 in a dose 0.25 to 5 ml considering live weight of a bird each 12 hours for the first 1-3 days. Then the preparation is introduced every 48 hours until recovery. In addition, it is combined with introduction of probiotic preparation Lactobifadol containing 80 million of live cells of bifidus bacteria B. adolescentis and 1 million of lactic acid bacilla L. acidophilum in 1 g at 0.4 g/kg of body weight during the first 10 days of treatment, further - 0.2 g/kg of weight within 20 days.;EFFECT: method improves clinical effectiveness and reduces treatment time, reduces or eliminates application of antibiotics, allows improving fowl quality.;1 tbl, 3 ex
