A method for determining the level of specific antibodies to the antigens of S. typhimurium and S. dublin in the blood serum of animals (cattle, sheep, guinea pigs) comprises use as a test system of indirect fluorescent antibody method. The highest dilution of serum that gives diagnostic glow of test strain is taken as an indicator of the level of specific antibodies.
