Method provides for extraction of basil with liquid nitrogen with separation of according miscella, yacon preparation, cutting, drying in microwave field at specified parametres of process and frying, lemon pulp drying in microwave field at specified parametres of process and additional convection drying, mixing yacon and lemon pulp, impregnation of produced mix with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure, pressure reduction down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryo-grinding in medium of released nitrogen.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce instant powder for flavoured coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
