FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery and tissue engineering of organs. Neuroendoprostetic system is obtained by perfusion of autologic cell composition into heterogeneous collagen-containing matrix for implantation with obtaining resilient-elastic cellular-biopolymeric biologically active mass. Biocomposition contains present in NaCl solution neutral stem cells (NSC), neuroglial sheathing cells (NGSC), endothelial cells with marker CD34+(EK) and purified mononuclear cells (MN).
