The motor vehicle (10) has a hatch which is brought in an open position from a closed position against the gravity. A spindle drive (18) is provided which comprises a motor, a spindle (20) and a spindle nut to move the hatch. The spindle or the spindle nut is coupled with the hatch. The spindle stands at an angle less than 20 degree to a vehicle vertical axis from the closed position of the hatch till to the open position of the hatch.
