The spindle (5) has an end stop (16) provided for a spindle nut (13), where the spindle has an outer contour that is flattened to a circular shape in an area that is grouted with a component (1) i.e. internal thread-free sleeve. The end stop is formed by the component that is grouted with an external thread (2). An opening (9) fixes the spindle to a bolt (3) and penetrates through the spindle. The opening transversely extends to longitudinal extension of the spindle. The component is made of metal. The end stop is formed by a circumferential flange (10) of the component. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an end stop at a threaded spindle.
