The method comprises heating the glasses in a first process stage and then subjecting to a sudden cooling with media in a second process stage. Measurements are seized before or during the first process stage, where measurements increase the strength of the glass. The media have thermal transition coefficients in the application of greater than 400 W/m 2K. Before or during the first process stage, the glasses are subjected to a laser separation process, flame glazing and/or treatment with aluminum chloride. The sudden cooling is carried out under the use of liquid phase, and is carried out with ammonium sulfate solution, sulfuric acid, aqueous silicon dioxide suspension and water vapor.
