The vehicle has a shelf space (1) for an object which has a base body (2) with a corrugated surface area (3). An elastic band (4,6) is arranged in the recesses or trough regions in the corrugated surface area of the base body. The elastic band projects in the level of the adjacent ridges or peaks in the surface area of the base body. The recesses and the ridges extend linear and parallel to each other, where the elastic band is firmly connected at an edge area of the base body.
