The device in designed such that a housing (5) i.e. junction box, is closed with a cover (6). A vacuum process chamber (1) is arranged at the housing. Electrical connections (3) are provided in the housing. Electrical devices (2) e.g. thermocouple, are located inside the chamber. An opening (7) is introduced in the cover. A filter (8) is attached in an area of the opening in such a manner that foreign body does not arrive into interior of the housing via the opening. The filter is made of helium atom permeable material. Another opening (9) is introduced in the cover for discharge of helium.
