The joint (100) has a joint inner part (104), joint outer part (108) and transmission elements (110) arranged between the joint inner part and the joint outer part. Rolling bodies (118, 120) e.g. cylindrical rollers such as needles, are arranged between the transmission elements and the joint outer part. Carrying directions (150-156) of one of the rolling bodies run to carrying directions of the other rolling body by a preset twisting angle. The carrying directions run symmetrically to a tangential plane (148), which is oriented perpendicularly to a central axis of the transmission elements. The joint inner part is designed as a tripod star, and the joint outer part is designed as a tripod outer race or joint ring.
