The float (20) has a pores foamed structure (30) extending within an outer contour. The foamed structure is provided with inner regions (36a, 36b) having inner cavities (38). The foamed structure is surrounded by an outer structure (34) e.g. compressed film, and formed of plastic material. The outer structure eliminates the penetration of fluid e.g. oil, surrounding the foamed structure into the foamed structure and is formed form plastic. Two molded pads surround an interior space of the float.
