The hinge has hinge parts (10, 12) rotatably connected with each other and arranged at a motor vehicle body and/or a door. A hinge core (18) comprises a contact area, and is attached to one of the hinge parts. A hinge core retainer (16) is attached to the other hinge part in a hinge section (30). A contact part of a door holder (52) is held at the hinge core retainer and cooperates with the contact area of the hinge core. A gap (32) between the hinge core and the hinge core retainer is formed in the hinge section.
