The pump has a rotor (2) received in a pump housing (1), where the rotor is formed of a rotor core (3) and a rotatable outer ring (4) radially surrounding the rotor core. The outer ring together with the rotor core limits an intermediate pump chamber (7) and is positioned eccentric to the rotor core. Multiple pivoting wings (10) are provided, which are articulated at the outer ring and the rotor core by hinges (12). The rotor core- and the outer ring-side bushes of the hinges are defined by recesses (14) in the rotor core and the outer ring, which are formed on the sides of the pump chamber.
