The manipulator gripper arrangement (2) comprises a gripper base plate (50) and a gripper module which is arranged on the gripper base plate for gripping a container for a plant material. The gripper module has an arm (11,21,31,41) and a gripping device (12,22,32,42) for gripping the container which is adjusted with respect to the gripper base plate. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an order picking cell for automatic order picking of plant material; and (2) a method for order picking of plant material.
