The device has a partially elastic elongated conductor support in which a resistance lead (12) is section-wise arranged. The resistance lead is partially covered with an elastic covering layer (13). A resistance carrier (11) and the resistance lead are covered together by the covering layer. The covering layer and the resistance carrier are made of polymer such as elastomer or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
