The device (1) has a plane guiding surface (10) on which an end of a safety belt bolt is supported, and a contact lip (16) extending on a length of an edge of the guiding surface. The lip (16) is formed by a central console of a vehicle, and hooking units directly integrate the device to different safety belt buckles (2). A contact lip (18) extends on the length of the edge and has a height lower than a height of the lip (16). The hooking units are formed by a webbing with adjustable dimension, and maintained in a position by a fitting unit associated to the webbing.
