The knuckle (1) has an automatic closing device (7) for closing a cylindrical opening (6) of a lamp, where the opening is used for a passage of a support. The device is efficient for rotational displacement of light. Coaxial semi-cylinders (8) allow articulation of the knuckle with a body of the lamp, where a rotating central axle (9) of the knuckle is perpendicular to an axis of the opening. The lamp is inclined around the axle of the knuckle. Angular tracking device includes a graduated scale (13) to permit inclinational positioning of the knuckle and the lamp relative to horizontal axis.
