The structure and/or construction has a lamp on a front surface of a front cover, and a rear surface lens (113B) arranged within a rear surface of a rear cover. The lens covers a rear area of a reflector (123) of the lamp to permit the running of reflection light of the lamp via the lens in a direction on a position behind a vehicle body. The lens is transparent, where ribs are formed on a rear area of the reflector of the lamp.
