The process comprises performing a reactive extrusion of raw vegetable material in the presence of peroxides, producing a reaction mixture comprising a plant material, 0.5-12 wt.% of peroxide solution and 10-60 wt.% of water in an extruder device, obtaining an extrudate by heating the reaction mixture at 120-140[deg] C in the extruder device, and preparing the aggregates. The reaction mixture is cooled at 70-95[deg] C. The first plant material comprises 87-100 wt.% of starch and 0-13 wt.% of oil. The raw ground product is a grain from a cereal plant. The process comprises performing a reactive extrusion of raw vegetable material in the presence of peroxides, producing a reaction mixture comprising a plant material, 0.5-12 wt.% of peroxide solution and 10-60 wt.% of water in an extruder device, obtaining an extrudate by heating the reaction mixture at 120-140[deg] C in the extruder device, and preparing the aggregates. The reaction mixture is cooled at 70-95[deg] C. The first plant material comprises 87-100 wt.% of starch and 0-13 wt.% of oil.
