The device has inflatable floating structures constituted of inflatable modules (1) independently connected with each other for defining a unique floating volume. The modules include air inlet valves (10) that allow air to enter from a common collector tank (6) supplied by a high pressure air source e.g. gas cylinder. The floating structures are anchored on a boat. Each module is closed on its peripheral circumference. Each module comprises relief openings defining inner relief volumes (V2) after the modules are inflated.
