The wastewater treatment device comprises a control management unit, static and dynamic measurement sensors, facilities for the treatment of waste water, and a tank comprising three compartments. The three compartments are connected in series with a septic tank, in which the first compartment is used for pre-treatment and the last two compartments are used for post treatment. The sensors and the treatment facilities are connected to the control management unit.
