The device has a reading head formed from a parallel assembly of soft exterior materials i.e. silicone materials e.g. conductors, separated from each other by an insulating material. The head is formed of elastic body incorporating the assembly and a rigid support i.e. printed circuit board (8), on which the assembly is supported. Electrical connection between the assembly and a set of printed connections (9-11) is realized on the support. The printed connections are positioned on the printed circuit board to allow passage of electric current between the conductors and the printed connections.
