PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating soybean by which a soybean processed food having favorable flavor can be obtained, and to provide a soybean processed food such as soymilk, soybean curd, Ganmodoki (bean curd mixed with sliced vegetables and fried in deep fat), fried bean curd or bean curd skin having favorable flavor.;SOLUTION: The method for cultivating soybean includes spraying a liquid fertilizer containing 0.04-3 mass% of glutamic acid potassium and water over soybean leaf surfaces at least once, at a spray volume of 30-500 liters per 10 ares each time in at least one growing stage selected from a grain enlargement starting stage, a grain enlargement peek stage and a maturation starting stage in soybean cultivation.
