PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various hamburger-like frozen cooked rice foods each capable of being molded into a molded rice food which is prepared from hardly bound cooked rice, has proper flexibility, is hardly collapsed, can be gripped with a hand, can be eaten as Ochazuke, when molded cooked rice is dipped in a liquid together with ingredients, can suitably disperse rice grains, can easily be eaten in rustle, can easily be eaten by molding the cooked rice and ingredients into a hamburger-like product, and can efficiently quickly be cooled.;SOLUTION: The frozen cooked rice food is prepared by adding a seasoning liquid containing starch to rice, cooking the mixture, molding the cooked rice, thermally baking and solidifying only the upper surface of the molded product, quickly cooling the cooked rice and ingredients, respectively, molding the hardened materials in a hamburger-like shape, degasifying, and then wrapping the product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
